A site visit is carried out by Burning Desires prior to commencement of any installation of the customers chosen project. It is important that we provide our clients with the best information and advice in order for them to select the right product to suit their situation.
Site visit allow us to survey all aspects of the project confirming the feasibility of the proposed design enabling us to recommend the most suitable scale and material to ensure the product will achieve the desired effect for our customers.
Our team of experienced installers are registered with GAS SAFE & Hetas who are the governing bodies for gas and solid fuel installers.
Safety is paramount, we have a strict health & safety policy both at our showroom and whilst on site. Certification is issued to the customer and registered with the governing bodies on completion of all installations.
